Salary Range: Up to $200K (salary is commensurate with education and experience)

Job Summary

Serve as the Integration Subject Matter Expert for the Classified Work Environment (CWE).  This position is not a hands-on SW Development position.  The role of this candidate is to provide overarching guidance and support.   CWE will provide modern IT Platforms centralizing IT services within Mission Islands.  The modernized platforms will be accessed and utilized at an Enterprise level to alleviate the use of individually managed enclaves.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • The candidate for this position will be expected to work with many programs operating across the enterprise, in enclaves with specialized/complex solutions, by ensuring they understand the architecture of CMI6 and their integration points with the architecture to ensure interoperability is reached and maintained.  
  • The candidate will be responsible for: 
    • Working with various customer programs to provide expertise in Software Engineering Solutions (agnostic of SW stack each enclave is using)
    • Working with technical resources in the organization on solution development and to provide subject matter expertise and guidance
    • Supporting solution development guidance for the next generation platform architecture (CWE)  
    • Leading technical briefings with government teams, to brief technical status and understanding of risks and roadblocks in meeting requirements 

Experience Needed:

  • Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
  • Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
  • Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
